What is Landabout?
Landabout is a comprehensive property management system for property managers with portfolios ranging from a single unit to thousands. We'll help you realize the promise of affordable, scaleable tools for your business and your future. Landabout requires no software installation or user licensing, and with your paid subscription you can begin using Landabout to manage your data in a matter of hours.
Where can I use Landabout, and what are the system requirements?
Since Landabout is a web-based software product, you may log on and view your information from any computer anywhere in the world. Landabout currently supports Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
Do I own my own data?
Yes. Landabout will not use, sell, or share your information. We will not retain your information should you choose to move your business to another provider and you have full access to your data at any time for backups.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. Landabout institutes database encryption to ensure all customer data is private, and we promote proper security procedures with our member administrators. Each member account has their own administrator account that may grant access to their own data.
Can I try Landabout at no charge to see if it’s right for my business?
Yes. We offer a free, no obligation 15 day trial period. If you find that you like Landabout and its features, you can easily activate your paid subscription at the conclusion of your trial period with a monthly or yearly subscription.
After my trial period, how much will Landabout cost?

here for information on our
all-inclusive pricing. You may register as
many users you like to your account, and your pricing structure will
change only if your business grows and you acquire units beyond the
upper limit of your subscription tier. As your business grows,
your per-unit price will actually decrease. Additionally, yearly
subscriptions offer even more value.
How will I be billed, and what are my payment options?
You will receive an automatic invoice for your Landabout subscription, payable each month on your activation date. You may pay via Paypal using your checking, savings, or credit card information. Automatic recurring payments may be set up optionally.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription
from your Membership Admin screen at any time.
You will have access to your account until the billing period
expires, and we’re happy to pro-rate an additional period should you
need extra time to back up your data.
Will I be required to sign a long term contract?
No.
You may subscribe to Landabout on a month-to-month basis.
Discounts are available for clients who agree to a longer term
commitment.
How long does it take to import my information and begin working in Landabout?
A Landabout representative will assist you with
migration and setup. Depending on the amount
of data you wish to move, you can expect to be up to date and working in
Landabout within 48 hours of a scheduled migration.
If my business grows, will my Landabout account become obsolete?
Landabout can accommodate
businesses of all sizes, and the software will grow easily along with
your business.
Will I lose data if Landabout goes down?
No. Our databases are regularly backed-up, and our uptime is in the 99th percentile.
Does Landabout provide free training and support?

Landabout representative will respond to email
inquiries in less than 12 hours (24 hours on weekends).
In addition to online help, we do offer live online training that may be
scheduled free of charge. While we think you’ll find our
product very easy to use, we invite our customers to provide us with
ongoing feedback on how to make the system even more user-friendly.
In addition to Landabout, what other software will I need to run my property management business?
Landabout is a one-stop solution.
It will effectively upgrade or replace your existing contact
management, accounting, tenant correspondence, and website generation
tools and simplify your workflow.
What can I do if I need a feature that Landabout doesn’t offer?
Landabout has a number of features in development, and as a Landabout customer you will be offered new features at no additional cost. Because customer service is a top priority, we always want to hear from our customers with suggestions and ideas to make Landabout even better.
